Starting training properly matters. That’s why everyone who joins Individuals begins with a structured 12-week onboarding period, designed to remove uncertainty, build confidence and set you up for long-term progress.
This isn’t about rushing results — it’s about building a foundation that actually lasts.
Meet with one of our coaches and we’ll take time to understand your goals, training history, lifestyle and any injuries or limitations.
1:1 consultationYou’re welcomed into your first sessions properly — shown how everything works and supported from day one.
Guided first sessionsYour training is written specifically for you and evolves as you do.
Individual program designWe help you establish simple, sustainable nutrition habits that support your training.
Nutrition support set-upThroughout the 12 weeks, you’re coached, supported and adjusted as needed — physically and practically.
Ongoing coaching & feedbackWe look at how training has been going, what’s improved, what you’ve enjoyed, and how it fits into your life. From there, we help you decide the best way to move forward.
12-week Review Investment & Commitment
We ask for a 12-week commitment because meaningful change takes time. During this period, we invest heavily in understanding you, building your programme, supporting your training and helping new habits settle. In our experience, this is the minimum timeframe needed for progress to begin to stick.
If early on it becomes clear that Individuals isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll always have an honest conversation and help guide you towards a more suitable option.
That’s okay — not everyone is looking for personalised coaching or a structured onboarding process.
If you’re mainly looking for coach-led group sessions focused on general strength and fitness, our Fitness Classes may be a better fit. These include strength-based classes, as well as HYROX and ATHX-style training.
