Our Fitness Classes are structured, coach-led sessions designed to improve general strength and conditioning. Sessions are programmed by our coaching team and delivered in a supportive group environment.

Barbell-focused sessions designed to build foundational strength, improve technique and develop confidence with key lifts.

Functional Fitness

Coach-led sessions combining strength and conditioning to improve overall fitness, movement quality and work capacity.

HYROX

Conditioning-focused sessions designed to build the endurance, strength and engine required for HYROX-style events.

ATHX Training

Hybrid training sessions combining strength, conditioning and skill work to develop well-rounded athletic fitness.

Foundations

Structured sessions designed for those newer to training or returning after time away, with an emphasis on movement quality, confidence and building good habits.

Group Training

Evening group sessions where you have the freedom to choose from the classes of that day, your coach will explain and lead you through the session alongside the group

Flexible memberships to fit your life

Fitness Classes are available on a monthly membership, with options depending on how often you’d like to train.

All memberships are monthly rolling contract, cancel anytime with 7-day notice.
