Gym-based strength & conditioning, pitch-based speed and conditioning, baseline and end-of-programme testing, educational workshops, and detailed parent feedback. You get everything you need for a complete off-season development. We’ll send the timetable in your welcome pack.

26th July – 4th September 2026. If you're going on holiday, we can extend the programme up to 2 weeks after 4th September, and then up to 2 weeks further if needed. We work around your schedule.

Let us know when you enquire. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and can modify exercises. We may ask for medical clearance from a doctor for certain conditions.
